1. Cotton farming (Comilla, Noakhali):
We use only organic cotton, bought from local farmers at guaranteed fair prices. No pesticides, no GMO. Soil and farmer health protected.
2. Hand-loom weaving (Tangail, Narsingdi):
200+ families. ৳80-120 per meter weaver wages — 40% above market. Dedicated training for women weavers.
3. Natural dyes (Old Dhaka):
Turmeric, indigo, madder, teak — all plant-based. Zero chemical waste. Dye masters preserve 100+ year traditions.
4. Sewing & finishing (Dhanmondi atelier):
In our own atelier, minimum ৳25,000/month (2× national average). Prayer-time pauses, Jummah leave, yearly bonus, health insurance.
